Marketing overview

Your central hub for managing every announcement and offer you send to customers.

Overview

The Marketing page is where you create, schedule, and track all your customer communications. Every announcement and offer you send lives here — drafted, scheduled, active, and completed — so you always have a full picture of what is going out and when.

To get here, go to Marketing in your dashboard.

Marketing is available on the Loyalty and Growth plans. If you are on Starter you will need to upgrade to access this section.

The two tabs

Announcements One-time broadcast messages sent to all your customers via push notification, email, or both. Use these for new product launches, special promotions, events, or anything you want your whole customer base to know about.

Offers Time-limited promotions customers can claim without spending any points. Offers have a start date and expiry date and are visible to customers in the Loyalty tab on their phone. They are categorized as happening now, scheduled, or past offers.

Campaign status

Announcements and offers move through the following states:

  • Draft — created but not yet scheduled or sent

  • Scheduled — set to go out at a future date and time

  • Happening now — an active offer currently visible to customers

  • Past — sent or expired

The counts at the top of the Marketing calendar show a real-time summary of how many campaigns are in each state for the current month.

Your public marketing feed

At the top of the Marketing page you will see a unique URL for your marketing feed. This is a public page where customers can see your active announcements and offers. You can share this link anywhere — your Instagram bio, your website, or via a direct message — so customers can stay up to date even if they have not saved your pass yet.

The Active toggle

The Active toggle at the top of the Marketing page controls whether your public marketing feed is visible to customers. When toggled off your feed page is hidden — customers who visit your feed URL will see nothing. However toggling it off has no effect on your scheduled announcements or offers — those will still send at their scheduled times regardless of this setting.

Creating campaigns

You can create announcements and offers from two places:

  • The Marketing page — click Create announcement or Create offer at the top

  • The Marketing calendar — click any date to create a campaign scheduled for that day

FAQs

Can I have announcements and offers running at the same time? Yes. There is no limit to how many campaigns you can have active simultaneously.

What is the difference between an announcement and an offer? An announcement is a message — it goes out to customers via push or email and is informational. An offer is a claimable promotion — customers see it in their Loyalty tab and can claim it directly without spending points.

Can customers see my marketing feed without saving my pass? Yes. Your public marketing feed URL is accessible to anyone you share it with, pass or no pass.
