Understand how subscriptions work in Worthify — including plan options, how to activate your rewards program, and why each location is billed separately.
Overview
Worthify offers two plans — Starter and Loyalty — to give you the flexibility to run your rewards program based on your business needs. Each location has its own subscription, so you can activate and manage them independently.
How subscriptions work
Each location requires its own subscription
Plans are applied per location, not per merchant account. This means:You can subscribe only the locations you’re actively using
Each location manages its billing and plan independently
You can set up everything before subscribing
Even without an active plan, you can:Create your rewards program
Add redeemable rewards
Customize your branding
Configure reward moments and terms
A subscription is required to go live
To make your program available to customers — so they can join, scan, and start earning — you must activate the Starter plan (or higher) for that location.

Basic loyalty features like point earning and redemption, wallet pass, QR code, and merchant dashboard.Loyalty Plan (Coming Soon / Optional Upgrade)

How to subscribe
There are two ways to activate a plan for a location:
Option 1: From the Settings menu
Go to the location portal for the location you want to activate
Navigate to Settings
Click on Billing
Select your plan (e.g. Starter) and complete checkout
Option 2: After creating your rewards program
Once you’ve created a rewards program, you’ll see a call-to-action prompting you to upgrade. Click the “Upgrade”button to begin checkout for that location.
Volume pricing
If you’re running more than a few locations, Worthify offers location volume subscriptions. These are discounted multi-location plans designed for businesses operating at scale.
