Activate your pass and start signing up your first customers.

Overview
Your pass won't go live until you start a free trial. Once you do, customers can scan your QR code, save your pass, and start earning points. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds.
You can start your trial from the setup checklist on your dashboard or by going to Settings, then Billing.
Not sure which plan to start with? Start with Starter. You can upgrade anytime and your pass, rewards, and customer data carry over automatically.

Starter β $49 CAD/month Everything you need to get your pass live and start building a customer base. Includes Apple and Google Wallet passes, visit and spend-based rewards, instant QR code sign-up, unlimited passes and customers, push notifications, and core dashboard reporting.
Loyalty β $99 CAD/month Everything in Starter, plus the automation features that bring customers back on their own. Unlocks thank-you messages after every visit, we miss you re-engagement, birthday rewards, promo announcements, the marketing calendar, email marketing, and advanced customer insights including active, slipping, at-risk and lapsed views, visit frequency, spend and lifetime value, visit timing, age demographics, and custom customer fields.
Growth β $149 CAD/month Everything in Loyalty, plus hands-on support for businesses that want help running the operation. Unlocks priority support, done-with-you setup, a dedicated account manager, printed counter materials, and team training.

What happens after you start your trial
Once you select a plan and start your trial your pass goes live immediately. From here the next steps are getting your QR code in front of customers and setting up your scanner so your team can stamp points at checkout.
FAQs
Do I need a credit card to start a free trial? No. You can start your trial and get your pass live without entering any payment details.
Can I switch plans later? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings, then Billing. Your pass, rewards, and customer data are never affected.
What happens when my trial ends? You will be prompted to add a payment method to continue. Your pass stays live until you make a decision.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. There are no long-term commitments.
