Managing multiple locations

Learn how to manage multiple locations within a single Worthify merchant account — and how rewards, subscriptions, and customer experiences work across them.

Overview

If your business operates in more than one place — like multiple storefronts, market stalls, or city branches — Worthify lets you manage them all under one account. Each location can have its own rewards, redemptions, and settings, giving you full flexibility and control.


How location management works

  1. Each location has unique core details
    When you create or edit a location, you’ll be asked to provide:

    • Location name

    • Address

    • Location type (e.g. coffee shop, barbershop, food truck)

The address is important — we use it to send location-based notifications when customers enter the radius around your business.

  1. Shared or custom reward programs

    • You can apply the same reward program to multiple locations

    • Or create different programs tailored to each one

    • Customers can earn and redeem across locations if they share a program

  2. Rewards are location-specific

    • Redeemable rewards are not shared — you’ll need to create them separately per location

    • This lets you offer different promotions, pricing, or perks based on location

  3. Subscriptions are also per location

    • Each location manages its own subscription plan

    • You can upgrade, pause, or cancel plans individually as needed

  4. Dashboard views are location-aware

    • Use the location selector in the dashboard to switch between locations

    • You’ll see reward data, customer activity, and redemptions specific to that location

  • Use shared programs to streamline experience across stores

  • Customize rewards to reflect local customer habits or inventory

  • Make sure each location has an accurate address for geo-notifications

  • Regularly check each location’s dashboard to monitor success

Q: Can I create a new location at any time?
A: Yes, you can add as many locations as you need from your dashboard.

Q: Do customers need to join separately for each location?
A: No — if your locations share a reward program, customers only need to join once and can earn/redeem at any of them.

Q: What happens if I delete a location?
A: Deleting a location removes its rewards, data, and customer connections. It cannot be undone.
