Managing multiple locations

How to run more than one location under a single Worthify account.

Overview

If your business operates across more than one location — multiple storefronts, branches, or market stalls — Worthify lets you manage them all from one account. Each location is self-contained with its own dashboard, activity, and subscription, but you can switch between them instantly from anywhere in the app.


Switching between locations

Click your business name in the top left of the dashboard to open the location switcher. Select any location to switch to it. Everything in your dashboard — your activity log, pass insights, customer data, and settings — will reflect the selected location.


How locations work

Each location is self-contained Every location has its own rewards program, redeemable rewards, customer base, activity log, and subscription plan. Changes you make in one location do not affect others.

Shared or separate reward programs You can apply the same reward program across multiple locations or create a different program for each one. If locations share a program, customers who have joined at one location can earn and redeem at any location running the same program.

Redeemable rewards are per location Even if locations share a program, redeemable rewards need to be set up separately for each location. This gives you the flexibility to offer different promotions or perks depending on where a customer is visiting.

Subscriptions are per location Each location runs on its own subscription plan. You can be on different plans at different locations and manage billing for each one independently.

Location address matters Each location needs an accurate address. Worthify uses this to power location-based notifications — the Customer walks in Moment fires when a customer with your pass enters the radius around your store.


Best practices

  • Use a shared reward program if you want a consistent experience across all your locations

  • Customize redeemable rewards per location to reflect local promotions or inventory

  • Make sure every location has an accurate address so geo-notifications work correctly

  • Switch between locations regularly to keep an eye on performance across your whole business


FAQs

Can customers earn points at one location and redeem at another? Yes, if both locations are running the same reward program. Points and redemptions are tied to the program, not the location.

Do customers need to join separately at each location? No. If your locations share a reward program, a customer who has joined at one location is already enrolled at all locations running that program.

Can I have different plans at different locations? Yes. Each location has its own subscription so you can mix and match plans depending on the size and needs of each location.

What happens if I delete a location? Deleting a location permanently removes its data including rewards, activity, and customer connections. This cannot be undone. Contact our support team before deleting a location if you are unsure.

Is there a limit to how many locations I can add? No. You can add as many locations as your business needs.
