Adding a new location

Step-by-step guide to adding another business location to your Worthify merchant account — perfect for expanding to new shops, stalls, or service areas.

Overview

If you operate in more than one physical space, Worthify makes it easy to add and manage multiple locations. Each location can have its own rewards, redemptions, and dashboard — while still staying under your main merchant account.


How to add a new location

  1. Open the location menu
    In the top left corner of your dashboard, you’ll see your current location name.

  2. Click the dropdown arrow
    This opens the locations menu with all your existing locations listed.

  3. Find “Add new location” at the bottom
    Scroll to the footer of the menu and click “Add new location.”

  4. Fill in location details in the modal
    A modal will appear asking for:

    • Location name (e.g. “Downtown Café” or “West Side Market Stall”)

    • Address — this is required so we can send location-based customer notifications

    • Location type (e.g. café, salon, food truck)

  5. Click “Save” to add the location
    Your new location will be added to your account and appear in the location menu.

You can now create a rewards program and rewards for this specific location.
