Adding a new location
Add a new location to your Worthify account in under a minute.

Overview
Every new location you open can be added to your existing Worthify account without starting from scratch. Once added, the new location gets its own dashboard, pass, rewards, and subscription — all accessible from the same login.
How to add a location
Click your business name in the top left of the dashboard to open the location switcher. At the bottom of the list click Add location. A form will appear asking for:
Location name — the name of this specific location, for example Brew Lab Downtown or Brew Lab Kensington
Business type — select the type that best describes this location
Address — the full street address of the location
City — the city the location is in
State — the state or province
Zip code — the postal or zip code
Country — the country the location is in
Once you have filled everything in click Create. Your new location will appear in the location switcher immediately.
Use a specific location name rather than just your business name. If you have multiple locations showing the same name in the switcher it gets confusing fast. Something like "Main St" or "Downtown" after your business name keeps things clear.
What happens after you add a location
Your new location starts empty. You will need to:
Set up your pass for this location
Create a reward program
Start a free trial for this location
Get your QR code in front of customers at this location
Each location goes through the same setup flow as your first one. If you want to run the same reward program across locations you can select the new location when setting up or editing your program.
FAQs
Can I add a location at any time? Yes. You can add as many locations as you need at any point from the location switcher.
Does each new location need its own subscription? Yes. Each location runs on its own plan. After creating a location you will need to start a free trial or select a plan for it before it goes live.
Can I edit a location's details after creating it? Yes. Go to Settings while on the location you want to edit to update the name, address, or business type.
Can I delete a location? Yes but this is permanent. Deleting a location removes all its data including rewards, activity, and customer connections. Contact our support team before deleting if you are unsure.
Does the address need to be exact? Yes. Worthify uses your location address to power geo-based notifications. An inaccurate address means those notifications may not fire correctly.
