Overview

Your reward offerings might change over time — and Worthify makes it easy to update them. Whether you want to tweak the name, adjust the points needed, or change the discount value, you can edit any existing reward right from your dashboard.

How to edit a reward

1. Go to the Rewards section
   From your dashboard, navigate to the “Rewards” tab.

2. Find the reward you want to update
   Your active rewards will be listed in a table format.

3. Click the edit icon
   On the right-hand side of the row, click the edit icon (✏️) next to the reward.

4. Update reward details
   You can edit the same fields you set when the reward was first created:

   • Reward name

   • Points required

   • Maximum discount or value

5. Save your changes
   The updated reward will be instantly reflected in your customer-facing experience.

How to delete a reward

If you want to permanently remove a reward:

1. Find the reward in your table view
   Go to the “Rewards” section of your dashboard.

2. Click the delete icon
   It's located next to the edit icon on the right-hand side of the reward row.

3. Confirm deletion
   A confirmation modal will appear. Click “Delete” to permanently remove the reward.

Once deleted, the reward will no longer appear to customers or be redeemable.

Tips for managing your rewards

• Edit rewards to reflect seasonal offers, price changes, or customer feedback

• Use clear naming so customers always know what they’re getting

• Remember: rewards are location-specific — edits apply only to the location you’re working in
