Understanding your dashboard metrics

Use your home dashboard to quickly review signups, reward activity, and engagement with your program. Stay on top of how your customers and staff are interacting with Worthify.

Overview

The home dashboard gives you a high-level overview of your rewards program performance. From new signups and points activity to top customers and rewards, this page is designed to surface your most important insights in one glance.

What the dashboard shows

Here’s a breakdown of the data displayed on your dashboard:

  • New signups – The number of customers who joined your rewards program during the selected date range.

  • Points issued – The total number of points your staff awarded to customers.

  • Points redeemed – The total number of points used to claim rewards.

  • Active customers – The number of customers who interacted with your program by earning or redeeming points.

You can change the date range using the calendar in the top-right corner. All metrics will update accordingly.

Deeper engagement insights

The dashboard also surfaces your most active areas:

  • Top rewards – A list of the most frequently redeemed rewards during the selected period.

  • Top customers – Shows the top 3 customers based on total points earned.

  • Recent activity – A real-time feed of recent customer events including signups, earned points, and redemptions.

These panels help you recognize your most loyal customers and understand what offers are driving the most redemptions.

Best practices

  • Monitor signups weekly – A steady increase in new members means your program is growing. If signups slow down, it may be time to promote it more actively.

  • Track top customers – Use this list to identify and reward your most loyal members with exclusive perks or thank-you offers.

  • Watch points issued vs. redeemed – If too many points are being issued without redemptions, consider reminding customers about their available rewards.

  • Promote high-performing rewards – If one reward is consistently being redeemed, highlight it in-store or on social media.
