Resetting your login or password
How to reset your password and get back into your Worthify account.
Overview
If you have forgotten your password or cannot get into your account, resetting it takes less than two minutes. Follow the steps below to get back in.
How to reset your password
Go to the Worthify login page
Click Forgot your password? below the login form
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Submit β you will receive an email with a secure reset link
Click the link in the email, enter a new password, and confirm
Once your password is updated you will be redirected to the login page and can sign in straight away.
Not receiving the reset email?
If the email does not arrive:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your account
Wait a few minutes and try submitting the reset request again
If you still have not received anything after trying the above, contact our support team.
Never share your login credentials with staff members. Instead invite them as team members from the Team section so each person has their own login. This keeps your account secure and makes it easy to remove access if someone leaves.

What if I no longer have access to the email tied to my account? Contact our support team and we will help verify your identity and update your login details.
Can my staff reset their own passwords? Yes. Each team member can reset their own password from the login page using the same flow above.
My reset link is not working β what do I do? Reset links expire after a short period. Try requesting a new one from the login page. If it still does not work contact our support team.
