Resetting your login or password

If you're unable to access your Worthify account, follow these steps to reset your password or recover your login credentials.

Whether you’ve forgotten your password or need to regain access to your account, resetting your login information is quick and straightforward. This guide walks you through how to reset securely and get back into your portal.


How to reset your password

  1. Go to the Worthify login screen.

  2. Click “Forgot your password?” beneath the login form.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. Click Submit. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.

  5. Follow the link, enter a new password, and confirm.

You’ll be redirected to the login page once your password has been updated successfully.


Not receiving the reset email?

If the email doesn't arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • Wait a few minutes, then retry the reset request.
