How customers use their wallet pass
Learn what your customers see and do with their Worthify wallet pass — from joining your program to redeeming rewards.
Overview
Once a customer joins your rewards program by scanning your QR code, they save a digital wallet pass to their Apple or Google Wallet. This pass is their loyalty card — they’ll use it to earn points, redeem rewards, and stay connected to your business.
Joining your program
The customer scans your in-store QR code
They tap a link to Join and Save their pass
The pass is saved to their Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android)
Once saved, they can open it any time to show it during checkout
Using the pass in-store
Customers open their wallet app and show you the QR code on their pass. Your staff can scan this using the Worthify scanner app to:
Award points based on their visit or purchase
Redeem rewards if they have enough points
The pass updates instantly when points are earned or rewards are redeemed.
What customers see on the pass
Your logo and branding
Their current points balance
A list of available rewards (if eligible)
Any custom message or promotion you’ve added

The pass is dynamic — it always stays updated without the customer needing to reinstall it.
