How it works

Each moment represents a customer action—like joining the program or earning points. Merchants can customize messages and choose how they want customers to be notified. These messages can be sent via push, SMS, or email, and merchants can even gift points during these moments.

reward moments are set after the rewards program is created but should be completed before going live, so customers receive a complete, branded experience from the start.

Customer joins the rewards program

Triggered when a customer signs up for your program for the first time.
Merchants can:
